Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer) |Croydon

An exciting opportunity has arisen at an expanding firm. My client is a multi-service law firm based near Croydon, with an excellent reputation in the local area. They have been established for over 200 years and have an excellent record of staff retention as they place the staff that work there at the heart of what they do. They are now looking to recruit a new Residential Conveyancer, either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FILEX to join this thriving department.

As part of a busy residential property department, you will cover all aspects of freehold and leasehold property transactions, from sales and purchases through to re-mortgage, transfer of equity, lease extensions and some new build work. The position would suit a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FILEX who is used to handling a busy caseload and is looking for a position that can offer progression.

This conveyancing role will be based near to Croydon and a competitive salary is on offer. Apply now for immediate consideration or give me a call for a confidential conversation!

What our clients say

Thanks so much for everything you've done Kim, within a week of you sending my CV I had an interview and secured an offer. Not only that but you helped me secure a training contract AND negotiate my salary! I honestly don't think you could have done anymore, I couldn't recommend you or QED anymore.
