QED Legal's client who are at the forefront of the sector are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Conveyancing Paralegal to provide technical support within it's large team dealing with mortgage repossession transactions.

You will have a broad range of responsibilities which shall include amongst others:

Issuing offers and completing contracts, requesting reports, highlighting issues. checking observations, issuing title reports,examining titles, ensuring funds are appropriately receipted/transferred and the relevant ledgers have been updated and files closed appropriately.

You must be highly organised and ensure transactions are diarised and dealt with within the time frames. You must also have the ability to communicate effectively and be willing to support other members of the team.

A salary to £23,000 (DOE) plus generous benefits is on offer.
