Legal Secretary/Administrator - Residential Conveyancing
A Legal Secretary/Administrator is required to join a leading regional firm in the Oldham area, the role will be to support Solicitors within Residential Conveyancing.
Working within a small team you will gain excellent exposure to high quality residential conveyancing work and there will be good progression opportunities.
The role will be busy and varied including; typing, land registry searches, property form completion, opening and closing files, engrossment of deeds, online searches and liaising with clients.
Training is provided but we would ideally be looking for previous experience as an Administrator, Assistant or Secretary within Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property. You should have excellent customer service skills and be highly professional.
Salary advertised is a guideline and is depending on experience.
