Conveyancing Assistant

Harrogate

Our client is one of the leading multi-service firms in North Yorkshire with a extremely well-regarded residential conveyancing team.

They are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.

Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience in assisting on residential conveyancing matters.

The role will involve opening matters, reviewing and drafting documentation, raising enquiries, and liaising with solicitors, estate agents and 3rd party professionals. This is not a Conveyancing factory and you get exposure and experience dealing with a wide range of residential property transactions.

The firm are happy to progress their junior lawyers over time and have a proven track record of doing so, and you will get excellent training and support in the department.

There is a competitive salary based on experience and benefits.

If you would like to hear more about the role please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat.

What our clients say

Graham Jones was friendly and very talented in informing me in what the next steps would be in recruitment, he approached me with the role in IT I have been looking for, he was patient and understanding knowing my working hours were 40 per week.  He would go out of his way for me, which is the part I liked the most, he knew I wanted the job a lot and gave many tips for the interview and pushed me to the position I'm in now.  Thanks a lot Graham.
