Conveyancer - Solicitor / Legal Exec - Portsmouth - NQ+

An established local Portsmouth firm with the conveyancing team awarded accreditation and membership to the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). An opportunity now exists with the Conveyancing for a NQ or Legal Executive further improve capacity and capability within the team.

You will manage a varying caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, therefore the ability to operate efficiently an deliver successful client outcomes is key. You will have a natural affinity to provide excellent client service, building and maintaining effective client relationships and developing a personal client base as well as enjoy working as part of a team.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and hardworking team at a single site office, with future plans to expand their reach. The firm have a good reputation for offering professional and efficient conveyancing services. The team has an strong pipeline of work and have a number of panel memberships. The position offers you a great chance to develop your expertise and establish yourself as a good quality conveyancer locally or build upon your experience to date.
