Are you an IP/IT solicitor, with contentious experience, seeking a new role in the Edinburgh area and with a minimum of 3 years PQE?

QED Legal's leading client, an award winning firm specifically in the areas of IP and Technology, have a requirement for a solicitor approaching associate level with experience of intellectual property and technology to bolster their increasingly busy department.

This is a team that can boast to work for some of the most sought after clients in the UK and beyond with a truly phenomenal track record in contentious IP work for these leading companies.

Coupled with your IP/IT experience, the ideal candidate would have enjoyed time within commercial litigation or at least have a strong interest in this area due to the contentious nature of a large part of your caseload. You will have knowledge of contentious IP/IT work including; trade marks, patents and breach of confidentiality.

Joining this team would put the successful candidate at the forefront of work of this type, with a team that has a fantastic track record of career progression and achieving recognition for it's solicitors as the leading practitioners in the country.

Whilst my client is predominantly looking at solicitors around the 3 to 6 year PQE mark there is possibly scope for more qualified candidates to be considered.

What our clients say

Toby was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to not only talk to me but  more importantly to listen to what it was that I was actually looking for in a new role and to consider my requirements before discussing possible vacancies without putting any pressure on me to make quick decisions. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a new position.
