Are you a non-contentious construction solicitor with an energy focus considering whether the time is right to make your next move in the Edinburgh market?

My client, a leading authority in energy related construction matters throughout the UK and beyond has a requirement for a construction solicitor to take on a key role within their construction and projects team.

They act for the majority of the country's leading contractors, as well as an impressive number worldwide across all sectors, including energy (renewables, oil and gas), property, education, waste, health and transport.

You will have at least a six month seat, but ideally a minimum of one year post qualifying experience in transactional construction work, ideally within energy related matters due to the nature of the role.

This role will require a high degree of business development in a team that excels in this area so acute commercial awareness, or a demonstrable desire to add this skillset, would be an advantage to any application.

For a detailed description of the role, and a more in depth background to the department please do not hesitate to contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided.

All conversations are of course treated as strictly confidential. Exploratory conversations are equally welcome!

What our clients say

Toby was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to not only talk to me but  more importantly to listen to what it was that I was actually looking for in a new role and to consider my requirements before discussing possible vacancies without putting any pressure on me to make quick decisions. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a new position.
