Commercial Property Solicitor - Leeds - Fantastic Culture

I'm currently working with a top 50 National Law Firm with a fantastic reputation in the market who are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor around 1 yr+ PQE and above to join their well-established team.

Ideally you will have come from a large regional or city firm, have excellent academics and experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters.

The role will be a broad mix of work including land acquisitions, property investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leisure, retail and healthcare development work and general management work including surrenders, licenses, and easements.

The Firm truly are different as far as top 50 Practices go. They have been consistently identified as being one of the best places to work in the UK in the Sunday Times Best companies to work for list, and they have an open and inclusive workplace where staff are treated equally and you are not simply a number.

Their salary and benefits package rivals any of the large firms in the North.

If you would like to hear more about this fantastic opportunity please do not hesitate to contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat.

What our clients say

Neil was helpful throughout the process of being recruited. From our first conversation it was clear that he was a straight down the line operator who saw things as they are and spoke to that effect. This made the whole process refined and time efficient. Neil is an excellent sounding board for discussing how one might want to approach an interview to maximise their chances. I also have to credit Neil with reassuring me of my capabilities which made all the difference come the 2nd interview. Furthermore, when I was discussing the terms of the company's offer with Neil he had the knowledge of the market to advise when "enough was enough". He can do this with a relative stranger because Neil is a very personable professional. He knows what he is talking about and expresses himself well. He is the first person I would call if I ever felt a change was required. A credit to himself and his employer.
