Commercial Property Paralegal - High Calibre Work
A long established regional practice is keen to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to its renowned Real Estate Team and be based at the firms' office in Nuneaton.
This practice is one of the largest in the region, specialising predominantly in commercial and residential property as well as private client and family matters, acting on behalf of a large client base within the locality. The firm is very much a forward-thinking practice that has invested heavily in technology to provide its clients with a bespoke service and to also enable its lawyers to be able to dedicate as much time as possible in servicing clients' needs rather than becoming bogged down in administration and red tape.
The Real Estate Team deals with the full remit of commercial property matters to include acquisitions and disposals, development work and landlord and tenant matters. The team handles transactions with values running into the multi-million pounds bracket and is currently exceptionally busy due to new client wins and retained instructions. As such the firm is keen to add an additional commercial property paralegal to work alongside the Head of Department on a varied caseload of real estate matters.
You will have a minimum of 12 months' experience of dealing with commercial property matters and be enthusiastic and ambitious in wanting to develop your skills quickly. You will have good client care skills, strong academics and will have gained experience at a good regional practice or a national firm.
The firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a generous holiday allowance and the firm also takes great pride in investing heavily in their members' development meaning that there is every chance of you attaining a training contract over the medium term should you excel in your role.
