Commercial Contracts Senior Associate


Our client is a Top 50 national firm situated in Leeds city centre.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor with good IT/IP commercial experience to join their team.

The work you will be doing is excellent quality acting for national clients on a range of commercial issues including outsourcing agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements, IT agreements, e-commerce advice and more.

The client base is impressive, with large nationals and smaller up and coming start-ups, covering a variety of sectors including sport, retail, tech, financial services and insurance.

The right candidate for the role should have excellent IT/IP commercial experience at a large national or specialist practice. This is a Senior Associate role and you should have around 6 yrs+ PQE experience.

Salary is candidate dependant but highly competitive.
