Commercial Solicitor


This leading International practice in Leeds are looking for a junior commercial Solicitor to join their pre-eminent commercial practice. They have recently expanded their international presence and really are a true 'global heavyweight'.

The firm deal with an enviable list of national and international heavyweight clients and public bodies across a multitude of sectors providing first rate client services and legal advice.

The role will be to work as part of a team advising on a varied mix of commercial and IT contracting matters. The team consists of 4 Partners, 3 Senior Associates and 3 Associates. The ideal candidate will be 1-4 years qualified and be a technically strong and commercially savvy lawyer.

Work involves dealing with a broad mixture of general 'day to day' commercial contracts, complex, high value contracts, multi-jurisdictional outsourcing agreements, development agreements and affinity agreements. As a junior lawyer you will have access to and assist on complex, larger matters as well as dealing with smaller standalone cases.
