Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Claimant 3 yrs +


This well-known, large regional, multiservice Leeds practice are looking for an experienced clinical negligence solicitor with at least 3 years+ PQE to join their highly thought of claimant team.

The role will be to deal with multitrack claimant clinical negligence matters with values up to 500 K. Dealing with around about 40 files half of these will be litigated and you should have good experience of dealing with such matters.

The team deal with a broad range of clinical negligence cases including dealing with delays in diagnosis and treatment of cancer, spinal injuries, surgical errors, both related injuries, brain injuries and amputations.

The right candidate should have been carrying their own caseload of multi-track claimant matters and have worked in clinical negligence for at least three years.

The firm are known for their friendly and approachable nature, there is certainly scope for progression here, and with a genuine work-life balance it is clear to see why there is a low turnover of staff at this firm.
