Children's Panel Solicitor/Legal Executive - Boutique Practice
A specialist boutique family and childcare practice is eager to appoint a Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the firms' specialist Childcare Team and be based at the firms' office in the heart of Warwickshire.
This highly regarded firm focuses solely on family and childcare matters meaning that the team has extensive experience of the subject matter and, such is the firms' reputation, it is able to boast a client base at local, national and international levels.
The firm is now seeking to consolidate its position as one of the mainstays in the locality by bolstering the senior end of its team and so is keen to appoint a solicitor or legal executive to its experienced team. You will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience of undertaking childcare work and will also be a Children's Panel Member as well as have experience of undertaking guardianship work.
You will be skilled providing advice and representation in all aspects of childcare matters given that you will have conduct of a varied and technically complex caseload which will include dealing with childcare proceedings, Special Guardianship Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Care Orders and matters involving adoption and it goes without saying that you will have solid advocacy experience as well.
What is important to succeed in this role is that you will not only be ambitious, enthusiastic, have excellent client care skills and have a desire to further develop your career but you will be keen to develop your practice area further to enable you to enhance the firms' standing in the market with a view to progressing to the firms' partnership in the future.
