Care Solicitor

West Yorkshire

This friendly, regional West Yorkshire practice are on looking for a Childcare Solicitor (2yrs PQE+) to join their small team in Huddersfield.

The successful candidate will be joining a successful team and dealing with a caseload of publicly funded matters including care & supervision, interim Care Orders, EPOs, guardianship and adoption. Experience and the ability to handle your own caseload dealing with this type of work will be required to be considered for this role.

Although not a pre-requisite the firm would be really keen to see candidates who are already members of the Law Society Childrens Panel.

Due to the nature of the work involved you must be personable with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and will be a confident advocate.

The firm will pay a good salary dependent on experience and benefits.
